In regards to the very last statement by the judge in the copy above about the pictures you can't ignore.  Since about 1997 I spent a great deal of time on AOL in the chat rooms.  Often when I would get into the adult chat rooms not only could the others in the chat rooms see me on line but many others including people putting out spam, adult images, and many law enforcement agencies as well.  If any of you ever were on line in AOL in the late 90's and the first part of 2000 you know full well that many unknown people would send you hundreds of emails that you never asked for. Example  More often than not containing adult material and images as well.  As for those images that are referred to above there were a hand full of times someone would send out pictures of naked children as well.  My lawyer himself not at all familiar with computers could not accept from me when I told him that these images came with out my requesting them they simply showed up. No one in the court at that time was very familiar with how this process worked or accepted the spam that I tried to explain to my lawyer. So with out any single person in the court for or against me understanding this they continued to use these less than 7 I believe ghost images of naked children against me because it helped their case against me. 

I often would keep on my computer the images of nude women that were sent, but never once did I keep a single one of the nude pictures of children on my computer.  They found however that I had deleted these images with in the first minute of being downloaded to my computer. Once I saw what they were I deleted them and could not recover them at all.  What the FBI found was "ghost images" left imprinted on my hard drive.  Later in this hearing the prosecutor had to also admit that I could in no way recover the images and also acknowledged they had only been on my computer for less than a single minute.

At least now there is a law and more people understand that these images come unsolicited and with out warning as well.  In my case this law and understanding came years too late for me to use as to why these ghost images appeared on my computer.  FTC sues to stop porn spammers

It has been horrible to live with this false confession and conviction.  It was shocking to me that not once did my own lawyer accept a single truthful answer from me as well.  I know many people now that have received these images as well but their understanding and the courts and the law's understanding of how this happens came years too late for me.  It helped the judge accept my false confession and plea bargain. 

For many of you most likely don't know that the FBI has tens of thousands of child porn images in their files that they have categorized and also secretly marked with imbedded code.  They also after coding them send them out as spam as well and have for many years.  So even after you delete them these ghost images with at least the imbedded code will for ever remain on your computers.  Even if they can not retrieve the image it self they only have to retrieve the code and then reproduce the exact image from that unique code.  Many men and women have been convicted or lost their jobs and reputations because of this spamming by the FBI.  One major reason they seize all computers now during any search for any reason is they can almost always find these codes on any computer ever connected to the internet that received such spam.  No matter what else they find they can usually get a conviction or ruin a person for looking at this child porn that they themselves created and started once again distribution on the internet.  They don't seem to care that as they try to entrap one person or a group of people that they send the images to, these people may distribute the image to hundreds of others who also may intern distribute them to hundreds of innocent people as well.  The bottom line to this madness is that the FBI then gets to feed off their very own "Pimping" of these children for years as they can find them on thousands of computers around the world.
